Here’s to an unforgettable Trippy Trails 2.0!
Thank you to everyone who came out to tackle the 1500+ ft elevation gain with us—it was no small feat, but you all showed up ready for the challenge ! 🥾
The foggy, crisp fall weather added an extra trippy, almost spooky vibe as we ascended, making the journey all the more memorable. 👻
Tongva Peak holds deep significance as the ancestral land of the Tongva people, & we made sure to honor & acknowledge the indigenous roots of this beautiful place we were blessed to explore. Moving through this landscape together was a powerful reminder of the importance of respecting, protecting, & caring for the land, just as those before us did. ⛰️
It’s always a gift to see new faces joining us & familiar faces returning. The motivation & energy were at an all-time high, especially during that final push to the peak !
We believe it’s more than just a hike—it’s about moving our bodies with intention, learning the history of these places, & deepening our connection to the land & each other. 🌲
