    FOUNDER & CEO

    In his role as the Founder and President of the Trace Club, Christian, a veteran, passionate outdoors enthusiast, and actor, brings a distinctive viewpoint to our organization. Navigating the country in his cherished 1984 vintage van, he seamlessly connects with diverse communities and cultures, fostering a rich understanding that permeates Trace's mission and vision.

    Christian's profound love for the outdoors, coupled with his unwavering dedication to both serving his country and uplifting local communities, has played a pivotal role in shaping the core values of Trace.

    Beyond his leadership, Christian finds solace and joy in camping, extensive travel, and pursuing his hobbies as an avid hiker and rock climber. His commitment to making a positive impact on the community and inspiring others to forge a deeper connection with nature resonates throughout his endeavors at the helm of Trace Club.

  • Amanda DeOcampo

    DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMMING & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

    Passionate about the outdoors from an early age, Amanda grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and could be found most afternoons collecting flowers or bugs in her backyard or on a hike with her family. Her childhood fascination with nature sparked a commitment to environmental stewardship. Today, she enjoys yoga, hiking, climbing, and facilitates Feminine Embodiment workshops where she leads women to connect deeply with their truest selves.

    With a background in sales and event planning, Amanda leverages her expertise to foster community engagement and execute impactful initiatives. As the Director of Programming and Community Engagement at The Trace Club, she designs engaging programs that connect individuals with their environment.

    Amanda is dedicated to contributing to the growth and impact of Trace Club as she strives to create a more sustainable relationship between people and the planet.

  • Josiah Jones

    SECRETARY

    Originating from Madison, Wisconsin, Josiah utilizes his 10 years of marketing and advertising in the fine art space, where he is fueled by a profound love for art and a commitment to leave a lasting imprint in the creative sphere.

    Josiah focuses on addressing the underrepresentation of BIPOC and neurodivergent artists, advocating for their voices and fostering a platform for their artistic expressions and communities.

    Additionally, Josiah serves on the board of 501.3.c. Shafranski Art Club focused on enriching underserved youth art programs in Los Angeles. 

  • Margaret Ashman

    TREASURER

    Margaret's journey began in the charming city of Charleston, South Carolina, where she spent her formative years before embarking on a bold adventure to California, driven by a desire for a change of pace and new life experiences.

    With a diverse background, Margaret brings a wealth of experience to the table. She was once a dedicated equestrian, and horseback riding remains a cherished hobby alongside her other interests, including hiking, travel, and immersing herself in the great outdoors.

    Having found her home on the west coast, Margaret is deeply committed to the community she now calls her own. As the Treasurer of Trace Club, she seamlessly combines her organizational prowess and analytical skills with a heartfelt dedication to the nonprofit's mission.
